About

I believe that everyone should be able to feel healthy and be happy in their lives by living as naturally as possible through healthy diet and lifestyle.  We are so blessed to live in a country of freedom that gives us the opportunity to follow our dreams, which is what I have now done at the age of fourty one.

I have always wanted be of benefit to others in some way, but wasn't sure which modality of natural therapies to persue.  Over the years I have worked many different jobs including a voluntary aged care activities assistant,  plant operator at the waterboard,  gate ranger at the penguin parade, maintenance man, truck and bus driver just to name a few, so I am grateful that when I turned 40 I found kinesiology.

By becoming a kinesiology practitioner I am able to assist people to improve their lifestyle by using a holistic approach to their health and wellbeing.

In life I believe a holistic and natural approach is very important when it comes to healing our body and mind, so kinesiology is a great way to help people heal, as it is their body that tells me what is needed in order for it to heal.

Since working as a kinesiologist, the great feedback I have recieved from my clients re-affirms that the path I'm on is the right path. I will continuously undertake further studies to expand on the work I do for the best outcomes for my clients.
